- Registration data: When you register interest via our Google Form, you provide contact details, organisation, role, and objectives. This data is processed by Google Forms and shared with us.
- Brochure downloads: When you download our brochure, we log the download time, the page you came from, and your device type (desktop/mobile) so we can measure interest. We do not store your name or email address for a brochure download unless you separately provide it.
- Email correspondence: If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can respond and follow up.
- Analytics data: We use Lovable Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, device type, approximate country, and referral source. It does not include personally identifiable information beyond what your browser shares by default.
3. How we use your data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To process registrations and send programme information.
- To respond to questions and provide tailored proposals.
- To measure interest in our brochure and improve our website.
- To understand which channels bring visitors to Hubcrawl.

Registration and enquiry data is kept for up to two years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Brochure download logs are kept for analytics purposes for up to two years.

- Google Forms / Google Workspace: for registration form submissions and email.
- Lovable: for website hosting and analytics.
- Payment providers: if and when you complete a paid registration, the payment is handled by a regulated payment provider under their own privacy terms.
We require these providers to handle your data securely and only on our instructions.
